I use emule and ive opened tcp and upd ports for it but when I do a port test it says that those ports are closed. what can i do to fix that? * +

Have you have created a static ip add on your pc, entered the port number you want to use into your router etc...? There is a guide on portforwarding.com * +

And make sure your isp allows the ports you need, for acess into geovision dvrs i had to phone mweb, same thing with vodacom, but with them i need to get my own apn * +

done all the above except the isp check. so I need to call them and ask to unblock the specific ports that I need I case they've blocked them? * +

Just phone them and make sure, i dont know if your isp blocked the ports, but some isp's do block ports. Have had to phone mweb and vodacom to open ports i needed * +

changed them several times and it seems that non of the ports are open * +
