bit of a let down this one , the gtx570 is basicly the same as the 480 just with lower power use .comes in at 300 pound for the stock model , gtx480 can be found for 280 at the moment ,in a few weeks they will drop price fast to get rid of stock * +

You say that but its a better card than the GTX480 overall and some have been going for 275 pounds. Thats a lot of speed for the money considering a short while ago 480 was a 380 pound card still. See what AMD unleash tomoro.... * +

yeah its all good . its no better performance wise compared to a 480 . in two weeks you will probrably find a 480 for around 200 pound . amd's new cards will come in at 300 and 400 i would imagine * +

i want something before the vat rise in january . dont really want togo crossfire /sli . but 2 x gtx 460 1gb or 2 x 6850 give the gtx a spanking for under 300 pound , dam its hard to pick a new card with all this new hardware around . ati's drivers are so bad though *
