Not possible coz, you work with internet not phone line. Besides cellfone service providers don't support that. Cdma would work. * +

There are a few email to fax providers , though they do charge a pretty penny for the service . But why can my phone send and recieve both faxes and emails ?

Oh , windows does have a fax manager , though you need to have a fax capable scanner/printer and be hooked up to phone modem or DSL . * +
