the haf is a slightly wider case giving a little extr room for a taller cpu cooler. the antec will acommodate all bar the biggest but is 10mm shy of the 230mm haf's widthmeaning things like a megahalem will be a tight squeeze. i know my thermo labs braham was, so much so i had to remove a corner of my side fan to get clearance. the antec has more effective basic air cooling with its 7 fans * +

the haf has bigger fans but less of them and they dont give a balance cfm so you will always have either a posative or negative preasure in the case when you really want it neutral to get best flow. * +

btw i have a 900 mk2 antec which is a little narrower than both you mentioned and i just use it for refrence of dimensions. * +
