Help guys. I'd just bought a usb gamepad for my laptop gaming tired of using keypad . But whenever i tried to use the usb gamepad , the character in the game doesn't respond. I'd check the gamepad status and it shows fully functional. I'm i getting something wrong? Pls help folks. By d way i'd already installed d little cd that came with the pad...but still didn't work * +

The games are F.E.A.R , LAND of THE DEAD and HALO, within d game game there are options for using a gamepad. Pls help me...i'm i not just suppose to just plug in and use the usb gamepad? Those i'd have tried manually configuring d game button but it not easy. Most time i press forward and d character move sideways...help * +

u cant use gamepad for fear cos d controls r more dan d gamepad bottns bt it wl work fine wit halo cos i v used it 2 bt u wil b d one 2 assign d gamepad bottons ur self in d controler option just double click on any of d activity nd pres d key u wnt 2 assign on d pad * +

you can use a gamepad in fear. i used both a ps2 type logitech dual action and the xbox 360 pad on it... you just gota configure it propperly. the only problem is the dpad wont configure propperly. left and righ configure as 1 key as does the up down. you have to map the controls to the sticks to get it to work propperly. if yo didnt buy a pad with sticks then you wasted your money. * +

for games that dont allow pads by default use xpadder or similar. you can configure your pad to emulate keystrokes. * +
