ahh, thanks spartan. I think it was you that mentioned it the first time to me a while ago. I take it they not as expensive as the 1gb with ddr2. I could have and most probably still can get that 1gb card for around R500, it's supposed to go for R1100, but i'm gonna rather opt then for 512mb card with the faster ram * +

do the 512mb cards need that extremal 6 pin power connector? That was one point that made hold off on buying the other card. I would most probably had to get new power supply too. Could have used an adapter but i'm already short on molex connectors * +

also i'd basicaly have to turn one molex connector into 2 and plug those 2 connectors into the adapter, not sure how well that would work, if it would work at all *
