I av a hp nc 4400 that is working well and kaspersky i restart the system and it refuse to enter window. Ie when i on it, it wil load and wil display the window and restart immediately. Pls help if u can bcos i dont wt 2 format. Moreover i cant even enter 2tru safemode *

put your recovery disk in and choose system restore first . also post what version of kaspersky you installed on what os . *

also before installing kaspersky you should remove any other anti malware products *
