Ran windows 7 update on laptop and after system restart the dvd/cd-drive is missing. In device manager there's a yellow sign, ran update driver, it says it's updated, but it's still not working. Websites have been no help at all. Will never trust the updates again and have disabled it. Please help me to get the cd-drive fixed please. Feels hopeless, been at it for hours. *
