Had this problem before and the only way i stopped it was to do a reinstall but i cant reinstall at moment. As soon as i log onto the net my computer starts uploading but i dont know whats doing it. I am on payg so it eats away at my allowance plus slows the computer down. How can i find out what it is and stop it, i dont use any file sharing programs. * +

try run msconfig see whats starting on start up? It could be av thats updating adobe things like that..just take a closer look dude * +

Its windows uploading to microsoft the b****rds they are. Use open ports its a free app and see what service is uploading and stop it * +

Your av aswell do uploads. That's a huge amount ill advise to scan for malware. * +
