That problem is all over the internet if you use google. Culprits in some cases the ram some cases the mobo. Don't think there can be so many faulty cards out in one series. They will look worse than Toyota * +

Tried all the advice..Exept changin the 6-pin connector, n yes, the pr0blem iz ALL over google..N sometimez the m0b0, Ram, psu iz the culprit,its uncertain.. Havnt updated my Mobo bios in 3yearz,,wil do it on monday,as i dnt hav internet access, will rep0rt bk if the mobo update helpd or not,but i knw its n0t the card because it boots from USB,then i get a BSOD 1minute afta gettin the desktop * +

A C2D that runs at 2.4 ghz... what did you expect? Your cpu is bottlenecking.. Also went from a 9800GT to a 5770 OC edition, and the improvement was huge! *
