my fren baught a new pc with just 356 of ram and its very slow with just bout 20gig hdd. She wants to buy a new memory,how do u know wat memory ur pc use? I mean ddr , ddr2 etc * +

Get cpu-z, it tells you what ram to get, hopefully its ddr2, and not sd ram or ddr ram * +

if you got there only 356MB of RAM... then i doubt there would be DDR2... that gives a whole lot of sense to carta's words... buying RAM in your case would be nothing else but waste of money.. * +

i mean.. think.. today you buy 2GB of RAM.. which will be surelly expensive!... tomorrow your motherboard goes EOL...! day after tomorrow... you'll found bad sectors on hard drive... would you really like to waste money just to replace (tooooo)old parts ?? * +
