when using programs like video converting software and all them programs that require dual core cpus can it damage the cpu cause when video converting its like 100 percent for 12mins till converting is done then back down to 0 percent * +

It will not cause any problems unless your CPU overheats . A dust free and well ventilated computer is a happy computer .

but if cpu stay at 99 for 12 min the temp can rise at 75 cel as I have experienced on my c2d. * +
