do a nozzle check . change the paper . see if you have enough ink * +

I cleaned the nozzles done a deep clean.checked the ink.got new cartriges.everything is as should be.went out to buy another printer and that one wont pick up the colour cartrige * +

are the cartridges new for that printer or the old ones . maybe there not compatible or dont have the correct chip in *
