What is the best program to erase the HDD completely. those programs that write, rewrite and thereafter rewrite the drive with 0 or 1 so that even recovery programs cant recover the deleted software? Any names of apps like that? * +

low level format will send a disk back to zero state (every byte is set to 0) * +

after low level format i can get ALL data back any time... after one or two ''pass'' with above mentioned apps... you wont get back single bit * +

Any simple wipe utility will do . just choose overwrite 5x and wait forever . * +
