i just convert 3gp to wmv, use windows movie maker to edit/join etc. then convert back to 3gp. * +

How big is the video file. ? Bigger the size longer it takes time for conversion. Also you need to have a good cpu if you want to do it quickly * +

If u only taking about joining files use hjsplit for converting and joing files i think alok video joiner can do ..... * +
