i just found that 2 of the the channels of my speakers are not playing. It's the rear speakers. If i use only the 2 front one's will all the signals come through? The speakers plug into the sub, so i'm assuming it's an output ic that's blown. Is their anyway to send the signals through only the front speakers if this is the case. I'm thinking it's better to replace the whole system than fix it just need some type of workaround till then * +

The video you are going to play must also be compatible with 4.1...otherwise it only gives you 2.1 channel output * +

Thats right. I agree with arjunkr. And also you can test your speakers on control panel open realtek sound system or so. You can test your speakers also. * +

thanks for the info. It's actualy dvd speakers that i'm using on the computer. It's got a input on it , besides the input for the dvd player that i'm plugging the computer into. Only left and right channel for that though. * +
