My computer recently crashed i reinstalled windows losing everything but on my 80GB c drive it says that its full but when i go into it and check everything is only 6GB are the files maybe on there or is my harddrive just fked *

what o.s? xp? if so start the install and select and delete all partitions. now mzake 1 partiton with as much disk space as you can. fast format. 1s done reboot but instead of contiunuing with the install select the repair console and run chkdsk /r *
