A 9800GT should never load @ more than 90 degrees really. Generally they should be loading 70 degrees tops in a decent case, reference cooler * +

Well the fan never goes above 30percent ( speed) so myb it IZ busted..Or maybe its the PSU thats dying..Newayz, thanx 4 ur help evry1, il c wat i can do *
