basicaly all the m.s visual-c updates make sure you have both 32bit and 64bit also make sure your open al is up to date. but its more likley theres a script error on there site. * +

btw Pw get other drivers for your chipset. There was a article in the beginning of the year that intel tampered with the windows 7 drivers which takes some of the work of the gpu and place it back onto the cpu. 3dmark weren't too happy about it. But its the ones that came with the windows installation *
