i havent looked into it that deep . i have read that we can expect the sort of performance jump that we had from p4 to core 2 duo . if thats the case i will be upgrading , i like to keep my system uptodate and get maximum price for my old gear . my last cpu (q6600) was the longest iv had a cpu , had it 18 months . but if what you say is correct them i will simply buy a 6 core intel cpu *
