i bought a 2nd hand sky wireless router and trying to set it up on my laptop. only problem is that my internet provider is Virgin. is there any way to set it up so i can use this Virgin account via this router??? any help will be greatly appreciated *

i guess you would need to reflash with generic firmware first . why wont virgin give you a router ? *

If you can find and manually enter your virgin account settings into the router it should work fine. You might need a way to change the product code on the router to flash it to generic firmware, I had to do it to flash the router I got from virgin. *
