Hello, can someone tell me how to setup win7 firewall completely so that it protect my system just like most advance firewalls like zonealarm, comodo etc...cause i don't wanna install those third party firewall cause they seems to slow down systems and causes issues...thanks * +

Gush. I was thinking there was a way to change the settings especially using the advance option...any help will be appreciately. Which third party firewall doesn't slow down system and it's very good without nagging one to death? Really hate zonealarm caused lot of issues...geesh * +

Yup zonealarm is pretty nagging but does its job well thats protecting. Kaspersky and avast internet security also have very well built firewall. I personally prefer Avast i's as I own one . which has a easy to customizable firewall you can set which app use which port use how much bandwidth it should take and it dont hog resources etc. * +

Windows firewall isn't recommended (by me). You wouldn't protect your computer using that. The better alternative is Comodo Firewall. Use that. It runs software in isolated spaces, blocks software connections and the opposite of both easily and it'll configure which software connections should or should not be blocked as you use it. * +
