cant see ur pic but 8800gt i think needs 22amps on the 12v rail . i would say 400w is a bit low. mayb 500w psu. also depends on the rest of ur system what all you running * +

your pci-e slot also needs to be 1.1 not 1.0a or the card may not work as not all 88gts were pci-e backwards compatable. you may be better off going for a 98gt i think they solved the problem by then. * +
