opera has more routing nodes than the few actual servers. a bunch of baltic ones for certain. there's prolly some rules set on how they are assigned. latency and system load would be some obvious ones * +

got to differ there. Opera mini on me phone uses norway sometimes a server in the US. not canada. Its basically proxy servers and a site like this can easily get your real proxy http://www.ip-adress.com *
