You can try by reducing the size of recycle bin for specific hard disk partition cant remember where settings are located. But you can remove it. Files deleted are stored in it till your disk space is re.written by some other files. So its a bit usefull when you want to recover some deleted file. those sys.info help a lot for a recovery s/w . * +

Or you can try by. Moving all those files in that specific drive to other partition. For e.g from e to d. Then do a hard format of E and put back data from d to e. Those file should be gone I guess * +
