Whenever i'm using firefox after some few seconds or minute it will just froze up and when i click on it will just go white and write not responding ...need assistance pls * +

strangely enough i've been getting that for awhle the screen frosts over then after awhle works again, just recently done a full format and re-install of windows and got firefox from there site and its still like it, by any chance you running win7 * +

reason why I ask is there has just been an update to firefox, i think its clashing with windows aero, when i disable aero it works fine * +

Yes i use win7 but ie8 don't seems to have similar problem...i really like firefox...anyway to fix this * +

Disable all the Add.on s of firefox and see if it works fine them Enable them one by one and use it for a while . If you find problem after enabling a specific add.on remove it. I hope you know how

yeap he's right, Mc Affee site advisor on there internet security well thats gone now, not to worry it was free for 6 months anyway * +
