Guys help...any time i download a software using firefox or any other download ...after complete download i try to open it but alway get file corrupted...pls how can i fix this...i use indian webproxy server though it is all i've got * +

get a test file for which the checksum is provided in either MD5 or SHA and use a DL manager that can verify it after the dl (such as downthemall etc.) if various test files fail proper verification you definetly have a connection problem. could be the s**t proxy as well. people distribute it at random through rs and cr*p. could easily be fakes out there. you've probably been rooted ages ago since you have a habit of running random stuff * +
