Last friday i was playing on my laptop and when i decided to go online everything was deleted. Eg. When i click fiefox it says the file was been removed. All installed games and softawares was saying the same thing. And i dont know why it happened. need to reformat my lappy coz even my access to use web cam was deleted. Can anyone tell me why and what happen? Appreciate any replies. Thnx * +

if your lappy is under warenty then take it back to the shop, especialy if it came with norton on it, the shop is required by law to return it to a working state as they have endorsed the antivirus by pre installing it. * +

restore ur lappy to previous checkpoint, like a week earlier than it happend , * +

that could work if the restore points havent been attacked as well. and by the sounds of it he got a pretty nasty infection that spread quickly. * +
