3.3 volts means dead pc soon. go into bios and load failsafe defaults or optomised defaults, and try again. also take a screen grab of the pc probe screen and post it. * +

I figured it out,the 3.3 is a voltage that powers something called vio bus ?,that does not matter anyway.so the 3.3 voltage was to high @ 4.5 thats why the pc was restarting,the problem lies in the power supply,its regulator is providing more energy than wat is needed, this is usually caused by overload of divices in 5v and 12v,so i figurd if my power supply is 700watt psu then it can t be overloaded,my psu is simply tired had it for 4 or 5 years so need a new psu. * +
