i7 comes into its own, we all know of nvidias lack od development of physics since they bought out agia and if you compare physx with say havoc havoc wins hands down, so realy nvidia have no room to talk about bolstering figures. * +

as for the 1055t its a waste of money it costs the same as an i7 setup and doesnt performa as well clock for clock, it may bench as well as i7 but it doesnt give the same performance in real world mutithreaded multi core apps. * +

nvidia are just p*ssed at the perfomance of sandybridge which in real terms is a game changer for office machines. no need for expencive motherboard gfx chipsets cutting nvidia out completley from that market. * +

nvidia are just trying to get people to spend more money on a GPU than a CPU. The problem is every machine still needs a CPU and not all need discrete GPU. Intel could still do with buying nvidia though, they would sort them out *
