its not a recognized infection your av is telling you a system file is showing the behaviour of a infected file . so it warns malware generic . basically it dsnt recognize the infection in its database . so you would need to upload the file for further inspection it could be an unknown infection or as you found out a false/positive * +

How can i prevent my system from been infected by win32:malware-gen ...this infection is really bad wouldn't wish it upon my enemy...lol *
