as carta suggests you may get away with the vista drivers, often there is very little if anything different between the win7 and vista 1s. give it a try, if it fails all you do is boot into safe mode and remove them, * +

wrong. drivers are dependant on o.s. if you run 64bit drivers on a 32bit o.s you will not boot. same as trying to run xp drivers on win7 more than likley they wont work, but because vista is essentialy win7's older brother sometimes they can swap drivers. * +
