Ok every key on my old xp laptop works but now all of a sudden my space bar produces the letter N Lol as well as the N Key! so I Guess its time for a new keyboard yeah? At least Iam not aware of regional settings affecting the space bar lol. Unless it needs cleaning out? *

Ive also noticed that control panel is no longer displayed as a window with icons. Its now in a list format like programs. Wierd! *

you have checked yer display options. its not set to list or details view? then yes its a little wierd. maybe the regentry for default icons has becme corrpt. *

as for the keyboard it does sound terminal, either the membrain is degrading or possble dry joint on a circuit. who knows it may just need a clean bor it may be old age. *
