@sonic. I tried many dvd apps and ashampo too i had the same results as you. The dvd cant play burned discs with ashampo. You must try dvd flick its awesome. * +

i think you should just make the ifo files with some ,,does it all program,, then replace the vob files with those of your own.i think u need 720x756 25 fps for PAL and 720x740 29/30 fps for NTSC.than you just burn them to dvd and if done right,you shouldn t have quality issues.never done this but theoreticaly it could work.i did replaced a commercial on a dvd that way.. * +

Why don't you master those video clips with pro video editing softwares like powerdirector or sony vegas...then burn it.. *
