Have u tried scanning ur system with an updated antivirus? While u're at it get 'trojan remover', then scan ur PC with it, u could also get tuneup utility software to help fix ur registry. * +

B4 scanning, try using a download manager or another browser to download the files(the 2 can be configured to use IWP). If there is no improvement then scan! * +
