so you have your icons in a folder, you have your backround all set to go. whats the best them maker out there that will allow you to make your own icon library reskin your windows tabs, and load up your desktop wallpaper... ive tryed stardock but it takes up to much room, hyperdesk looks promising but each theme installs the whole aplication and you then cant swap between themes easily... * +

creating icons there is a free icon creator i saw a while back i will try to find it , but you can make them in ps * +
