If you cant get an email sent to backup, you didnt fill in the secret question form, then your last resort is this really: https://windowslivehelp.com/PasswordReset.aspx after you get back in, try and fill in a backup email and the secret question option so it doesnt happen again wont you........ * +

it just say wen i go 2 forgot pasword, it tells me tp type my enmail adress then the numbers on the screen, then wen i do that it just says......Password reset instructions sent Password reset instructions were sent to your alternate e-mail address. If you don't see the e-mail message in your inbox, look for it in your junk mail folder or check your e-mail again later. * +

So you dont know your alternate email, you dont have a secret question so follow that link and fill it in. that however will require another email adress as contact first.... * +
