...i installed and unistalled ashampoo firewall wen i was lookin for an ideal firewall...i have download karspersky 2011 and wen i want 2 instal it says ashampoo is stil thea yet i unstalled it...how do i remove the hidden files dat may b ashampoo created! * +

use apps like Your.Uninstaller.PRO.2010 or Revo.Uninstaller or Ccleaner even.... * +

I use Revo. Install aShampoo again and than install Revo Uninstaller and than use that to uninstall it and it'll clean the files out that were there after the first install and it'll remove install obviously. * +

to remove anything there must be a valid uninstaller of that application of their own ,.. i use ccleaner for removing internet temps stuff... * +

Thanx guys...revo worked so fine...did select forced unistall then.,since i dint knw the program file path..,i just typed the program name...then it searched n brought me all the ashampoo remnants and i selected them all and deleted em... * +
