next or know anough about the tool.now i think it would be the best to reinstall from scratch.and autoruns is a pretty neat program and get a task manager that shows command line parameters so when you see rundll32.exe in the process list you can see what it actually runs and possibly delete the file if necessery.in that term,default task manager sucks.process hacker or maybe process explorer can * +

come in handy there.there are also sites online that help you remove the malware manualy,plenty of tham.and thats a start.by the way if you re having problems with chrome being a resource hog use firefox * +
