Do you run your windows on your admin acount? Try this insert windows cd go to start run type sfc /purgecache then sfc /scannow. Then reboot when its finish. Boot up with the disk then choose the recovery console. Type fixboot, fixmbr and then chkdsk /r. When its finish type exit then see what it does * +
