recovery failure, happened on my E525, had to download proper disks and use the key on the laptop, try to see if you can boot from the recovery again, if not then you will have to get your hands on a vista disc * +

yeah thats the other problem with them, there's no repair shops you have to post it to them and hope to god it comes back in one piece * +
