Hi guys, i got a refurbished 40gig ps3 last week. I've tried playing Ridge Racer Type 4 on it, but all it does is show the PS logo, then nothing. No intro, nothing. I updated to firmware 3.01 but its still doing the same. Can anyone play RR4 PAL version on their ps3? * +

is the driving spining? The lazer working? When you put another game in does it read that game? Have you tryed maybe another copy? * +

Hmmm... I don't have another copy. The ps3 games and dvd's are all playing fine. Are there any settings that need adjustment perhaps for ps1 games? * +

Then fault with your disc get it replaced . * +
