You may have to reflash the Bios . Be sure to visit the manufacturers website and see if they have a help page or wiki on the site . Warning : if you have not done this before then find somebody that has . It is an easy way to brick your laptop if you have no experience on something like this . * +

Take the CMOS battery off for about 5 minutes and put it back. The CMOS will reset. (The CMOS battery is the battery on your motherboard). * +

resetting the bios and cmos may work, turn the pc off open the case and look for the 2 or 3 pin cmos jumper turn the power brick on for a couple of seconds then off. if its a 2 pin cmos jumper short it with a paper clip, do it within 30 seconds of turning the psu off. if its a 3 pin then move the 2 pin jumper over from the 2 covered pins to the mid and empty pin again within 30 seconds of turning * +
