I'm a pro using photoshop so ask if you need help and there's no 3D Animation capability on Photoshop. For 3D Modelling and Animation use Blender 3D. 3D is a whole new subject though. Learning 3D can be complicated to some users. I use Blender 3D it gets easy after you become familiar with it. * +
