if disc image, then just use burn from disc image with your regular burner. If you are talking about making your own setup then i guess nlite. * +

just insert ur image file with daemon tools then choose copy cd/dvd on nero * +

if you have disk image of XP,then do what all these guys said.If you don't have xp image then see tutorial at my nlog * +
