its not that simple. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-antimalware-doctor you will need all the apps discribed in this link and most will be blocked by the malware you have already installed so you will have to download them on to a seperate pc and then copy them to a dvd if you cant install them from the net. * +

The MSConfig will work to disable it. But it wont be taken off your PC. Disabling it will be enough I think. * +
