Even though windows 7 is more user friendly and well organised, there has been several reports about the operating system. One major problem people complain to me about is The speed when upgrading from vista! It's very slow. My pc took about four hours to upgrade and afterwards the webcam don't work. * +

7 is a great os but hard to customize,what you see is what you get and nothing more.and yep,it is slower then xp but i d say its faster than vista * +

It depends on your hardware cause took less then 10mins to install for me * +

mine takes about an hour but then again i'm installing from usb so its understandable. Win7 is the best yet to come from the microsoft stable and very stable too. and the majority of stuff should work right out of the box if the stuffa attached is fairly recent. noissues from my side about win7 thats why i even skipped vista and went from xp to win7 * +

maybe a old pc can be slow at upgrades.. imo... * +
