What video player do you use? Just click aspect ratio when playin it then choose 4:3 it will go full screen. 1080p btw is default HD resolution * +

Na its k i'll just have to make do with the borders its just bad when its on ya ipod touch coz u only get to see little pictures, unless i stretch just for my ipod, but the heads look so thin when ya put it to 4.3 and 16.9 fullscreen aint 4.3 * +

I just use windows media player to watch avi, mp4 n mvk files i use media player classic, dvd n blu ray i use Cryberlink Power Dvd 10 * +

1080p is your resolution and the ratio of that HD resolution is 16:9. The movie can also be 16:9 but it wouldn't be fullscreen because the resolution is smaller. You have to stretch it to fit fullscreen. You need a movie that is full HD to play fullscreen which is only on blueray. * +

There are movies which are 16:9 coz that the size of my laptops screen and most of them play full screen without me having to change aspect ratio. * +

Lol its simple and you will owe me sumthing for this. dvd have a resolution of 720x480 by default. Not all but 99 percent of them. You must keep that same aspect ratio. So you think ok 720x480? NO!!!!! Same ratio will be 600x400 then. Remember your converting it for your ipod or touch or whatever. If you dont do it or you put anything else in the convertor will crop it and add black borders and stuff to your pics. You get it now? *
