This is saying both his PC's are doing the same thing. Two totally different machines are doing that makes me wonder whta you up to. lol. It can be your HDD as you said you have tested it both machins but through out my life I haven't cam across a problem where 2 HDD's are not working. borrow an HDD from a friend and than check it out. * +

Two machines or two mobos 1 cpu? Or each mobo got his own cpu? Sounds like its working on the one machine but it cant find the boot sector. Go in bios then make sure the drive is the first boot. Then other machine theres the screen issue thats classic cpu fried sign. so did ur 2 machines shared some parts you need to swop over when testing with them? *
