in america it is possable to get away with tax evasion, default on loans and not be sent to jail for it. because the udd is as i said a credit not and has no actual value as long as you make 1 payment back you can legaly default on all other payments and avoid prosicution if you know how the tax and monitary system works. all loans are made by the fediral bank and there credit loans, not monitary * +
